These terms apply when you browse this website, use its training planner or submit an enquiry to Asia Vocational Career and Training Sdn. Bhd.
1. Website purpose
The website provides general information about AVCT, its capability areas, documented programmes, trainers, partners and enquiry process. Content may be updated as programmes and collaborations develop.
2. Programme availability
Programme descriptions are for planning and enquiry purposes. Dates, fees, facilitator assignments, venues, delivery modes, participant requirements and final outlines are not confirmed until AVCT provides written confirmation.
3. HRD Corp information
AVCT's Registered Training Provider status does not mean every displayed programme or delivery arrangement is automatically claimable. Applicable programme-level information must be confirmed before booking or grant submission.
4. Enquiries are not bookings
Submitting a form, training brief, email or WhatsApp message does not create a contract or reserve a programme. An engagement is formed only after the relevant scope, commercial terms and acceptance are confirmed.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful material or use published profiles and images in a misleading or unauthorised manner.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, AVCT website text, branding, layouts and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Partner names, logos, photographs and linked materials remain the property of their respective owners.
7. External links
